VALPARAISO -- The owners of a Valparaiso restaurant known for its turkey dishes are opening a coffee shop in Cumberland Crossing. The Bow Coffee Shop is slated to open soon, said Russ Adams, who owns Strongbow Inn with his wife, Nancy, as well as PassTimes downtown.
