Man Charged with Tampering Coffee (CBS 6 Richmond)
An employee of the town of Culpeper is facing felony charges that he adulterated a co-worker's coffee. Investigators say 48 year old James Carroll Butler, an employee at the town's wastewater treatment plant put a "non-caustic substance" in the private coffee pot of another employee.
