By Michelle Rupe Eubanks, Staff Writer Final details in the sale of Coffee Health Group to a private entity were completed Tuesday night, hospital officials told the TimesDaily. RegionalCare Hospital Partners will take over operations at Eliza Coffee Memorial and Shoals hospitals at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, according to RegionalCare spokesman Jeff Atwood.

By Robert Palmer Staff Writer A lawsuit seeking access to records related to the proposed sale of Coffee Health Group to a private company is expanding. The Health Care Authority of the City of Huntsville, which operates Huntsville Hospital, has filed an amicus brief in the case, which is before the Alabama Supreme Court. The brief supports Coffees position.
