Tully’s Coffee returns to a loss, burns through $8.4 million in cash

Tully's Coffee lost $5.2 million in the fiscal year ended March 28, down from a $22.9 million gain a year earlier, when income was boosted by the sale of its roasting and wholesale business. The most recent loss is an improvement from 2007, when Tully's lost $9.8 million, and 2008, when it lost $13.9 million.
